Sina Rundel earned a Bachelor of Arts in art, music and media: organisation and communication at the Philipps University Marburg in 2011. After starting a master's programme in art history at the University of Hamburg she began training as a professional contemporary dancer at the CDSH Contemporary Dance School Hamburg in 2012, and graduated in 2015. She earned a Master's degree in art history in 2018.
As a dancer, Sina has performed in projects organised by the Hamburg choreographer Orthia Feuße Strakenbrock, and is a permanent member of the Sticky Trace Company. In 2016, she worked as the production assistant for two of its projects. Sina has taken part in choreographic competitions with her solo choreography, “Gespräch mit meiner Oberfläche“. Her solo, “misses T.“ was invited to the IFMC in Vitebsk.
Sina gives workshops in physical-verbal translation processes for young people, and has taught and created choreographies for the inclusive Ensemble MINOTAUROS company.
